Measurement Notice - While we will strive to provide you with the most accurate measurements during your video call, it is not possible for our One2One product specialist to see both ends of the tape measure or measuring instrument and read it on your behalf. Due to this, Paving Stones Direct UK Ltd accepts no liability for the measurements that are taken. The customer is solely responsible for any and all measurements that are taken.

Paving Stones Direct uses Zoom to host our product showcase appointments so please ensure the Zoom app is installed ready for your appointment.

Joining while connected to blue tooth device?

If you are connected to a blue tooth device at the time of joining the call, please be aware that you will need to select if you are using Wi-Fi or your phone data before your device will allow microphone usage.

Cant make you appointment?

It's not a problem if you can't make your appointment, simply contact us via email or phone and we can either rearrange the appointment to a more convenient time or to cancel. However, we are happy to send you a pre-recorded personalised video based on the product you highlighted, simply let us know if this is something you would like.

After your appointment, we will email you with a brief overview of what was discussed during your product showcase.

Why book an appointment?

We understand that there are times when you may want to see the product in person (or the next best option) but sometimes there may be constraints preventing you from making the trip to see the product in person.

With the introduction of our one2one product showcase, simply book a time and fill in the form to let us know which of our products you are interested in and we will make the necessary preparations  ready in time for your booked appointment. It's so simple, you can even book an appointment around your lunch break!

Delivery Information

Before your delivery is due, you will receive a message or phone call directly from the delivery courier informing you of the time your order will arrive. Due to the product type, your order will typically arrive on a 18 ton lorry. If multiple items have been ordered, there is a chance your order will be delivered by multiple vehicles and will arrive at different times on the designated delivery day.

Your delivery will be removed from the lorry using a tail lift and a manual pump truck. It will then be left curb side unless your driveway is accessible, in which case it may be off loaded on your driveway providing your permission is given. Delivery's are made Monday to Friday (Not including bank holidays).
