Circle Setts

Patio circles are pre-shaped paving layouts that create a round focal point for seating, dining or a fire pit, and can be tied into a rectangular terrace with squaring-off pieces. A well-planned paving circle keeps curves accurate, joints consistent and space easy to furnish. Use a patio with circle to anchor a path, break up a large terrace or add a destination nook without overcomplicating cuts.

Garden Circle Paving

Circular patio kits are designed to create a strong visual focal point with very little guesswork. Instead of cutting lots of curves on site, you follow the supplied layout to build a symmetrical round patio that looks planned and professional. For many homeowners, that makes a circular patio kit the quickest route to a “designed” feature, even in a fairly standard garden. Round patio kits work in a range of layouts. You can use a kit as a standalone circular paving set in the middle of a lawn, as a paved base for a fire pit, or tucked into a corner as a more private seating area. Many people also combine paving circle kits with straight runs of slabs, using the circle as the main seating zone and rectangular paving to form paths and surrounding terraces.

As there are options in concrete, natural stone and porcelain, you can match your circular feature to the rest of your patio packs. Traditional sandstone paving circle kits give you variegated tones and riven textures, while porcelain circle kits echo the look of timber or stone with a smoother, modern finish that stays consistent from slab to slab.

Planning and layout

Start with a scaled plan of the area and the furniture footprint. Choose a diameter that leaves clear circulation space when chairs are pulled back. If the circle connects to a path, aim the path at a joint line rather than the edge of a segment to simplify cuts. Off-centre placement draws the eye across the width of compact plots; corner placement forms a sheltered nook while keeping the main terrace open. When using two circles on one terrace, offset their centres so ring joints don’t visually overlap.

Circle Paving Options

Prefer a contemporary look? Choose the Silver Kandla Grey Circle for a light, clean finish. For a bold focal point, the Black Limestone Circle offers deep, even tones; for classic warmth, the Raj Green Sandstone Circle brings gentle, natural variation. Each option forms a precise paving circle and is available with squaring-off pieces to stitch neatly into a patio with circle or wider garden circle paving scheme. To complete the install, we stock compatible outdoor primer, adhesive, jointing compound and sealer.

Samples help judge colour, surface texture and finish in natural light. Because products can vary between batches, compare your sample to current photography on the product page before committing. Check the product specification for finished diameter, ring makeup, centre detail, thickness and tolerances, pack coverage and any squaring-off dimensions. Order sufficient material for the feature plus an allowance for cuts and site waste, especially where the circle ties into borders or paths.
