While we try to give all our customers free delivery, there are some locations that require an additional fee to enable delivery. Please check out our full delivery guide to check if you are eligible for free delivery.

We can split packs to match your precise measurements. We always recommend ordering a bit extra, usually 10%, to allow wastages and breakages. We do charge a Split Pack fee of £30.00.

We provide a standard laying guide with all our products which can be found on our website here. It can be emailed across if needed too.

We send out samples of all the products we sell. We charge £4.99 for postage of the sample. This will be refunded towards your order if you purchase from us later.

Express delivery takes 1–2 working days after dispatch. Economy delivery takes 3–5 working days after dispatch. Orders are dispatched the next working day after placing the order.

Deliveries are done by third party hauliers between 8 am and 6 pm.

All deliveries are done by third party hauliers, using a tail-gate and pump-lift. It is a kerbside drop only.

We can request deliveries to be made on a 7.5 tonne lorry for narrow/tight roads, which will cost £10.00 extra per pallet.

Yes, we offer an express/nominated day service with AM/PM slot requests. Please check the surcharge before placing the order.

No, our deliveries are on pallet truck using tail-gate and pump-lift assist, not craned vehicles.

We recommend someone is at the property to inspect and sign for the delivery. Otherwise, the driver may leave the goods unsigned on kerbside with prior contact.

If the pallet is completely broken, call us immediately and sign on the proof of delivery noting the damage. We will assess and offer replacement or partial refund case-by-case.

Yes, you can select a delivery date up to 6 days in advance. Contact us if you require a further date.

560 series includes 5 sizes; 600 series includes 4. The quality and finish are the same, only the sizes differ.

Uncalibrated varies in thickness (18–25mm). Calibrated is machine-finished to a consistent thickness of ~22mm for easier laying.

Sawn Edge is machine cut for a modern look. Chisel Edge is hand dressed for a natural appearance.
